2011 NCYC Exhibitors site

The National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry (NFCYM), a nonprofit organization whose mission is to serve those who serve the young Catholic Church, invites you to apply to exhibit at the 2011 National Catholic Youth Conference (NCYC). NCYC is the largest single gathering of Catholic young people in the United States.

From November 17-19, more than 20,000 Catholic young people and their adult chaperones will gather in Indianapolis for an exciting, biennial three-day experience of prayer, community, and empowerment. Events will be held in the Indianapolis Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium. Integral to NCYC is Victory Park, the 225,000 square foot exhibit area that will include interactive educational and service areas, a coffee house, games, and inflatables as well as the Catholic Youth Ministry Resource Exposition. The Expo gathers an extensive array of providers of catechetical and youth ministry resource materials, Catholic speakers and performers, music publishers, advocacy groups, and national youth-serving organizations. These companies and organizations market a variety of products, services, and resources for adults serving the young church.

As an exhibitor at NCYC you will have a unique opportunity to reach Catholic young people and their adult leaders to share your organization’s services, products, and resources. This is an opportunity to walk with the young church in a pivotal moment in their faith formation!

Important Deadlines

  • May 23, 2011—NFCYM members may apply for exhibit space
  • June 13, 2011—Nonmembers may apply for remaining booth space
  • September 4, 2011—Last day for purchasing program book advertising space
  • September 30, 2011—Last day to receive refund (less $50 service charge) for booth cancellation
  • October 1, 2011—Last day for submitting request for waivers on height, sound and other exhibit restrictions.
  • November 16, 2011—Exhibitor set up in Exhibit Halls A-E (10:00 am–5:00 pm)
  • November 17, 2011—Exhibitor set up continues in Exhibit Halls A-E (8:00 am–11:00 am)
  • November 17, 2011—All exhibit set up must be complete by 11:00 am
  • November 19, 2011—Exhibitor removal begins at 6:00 pm and must be completed by 11:00 pm
