NFCYM Exhibitors Site

The National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry (NFCYM), a nonprofit organization whose mission is to serve those who serve the young Catholic Church. NFCYM invites you to consider applying to exhibit at one of our biennial meetings: the National Conference on Catholic Youth Ministry (NCCYM), held in even number years (2014, 2016, etc.) and the National Catholic Youth Conference, held in the odd number years (2013, 2015, etc.). At each of our conferences, we offer the Catholic Youth Ministry Resource Expo.

The Expo gathers an extensive array of providers of catechetical and youth ministry resource materials, Catholic speakers and performers, music publishers, advocacy groups, and national youth-serving organizations. These companies and organizations market a variety of products, services, and resources for adults serving the young church. As an exhibitor at the Expo you will have a unique opportunity to share your organization’s services, products, and resources.

At NCYC, the Expo is enfolded into the Thematic Park. The thematic park is a unique element of NCYC which combines the traditional "trade show" with a blend of interactive, educational venues on a wide range of topics along with food concessions, a live music venue, and conversation areas. NFCYM estimates that more than 70% of NCYC's 23,000+ attendees visit the thematic park. Some spend only an hour total, while others may spend upwards of two hours each day. The next NCYC is scheduled for November 21-23 in Indianapolis.

At NCCYM, the Expo is a stand alone experience with designated hours within the schedule to encourage attendees to visit. The conference itself typically draws 2,500 attendees, with about half spending no less than one hour (and some well over two hours) in the exhibit hall. The NCCYM planning leadership team is always looking for ways to highlight the Expo as it is a win-win opportunity for exhibitors and attendees. Exhibitors get to showcase their products and services to Catholic youth ministry leaders including diocesan directors of youth ministry, parish youth ministry coordinators, school campus ministers, directors of religious education, pastors, diocesan staff, teachers, catechists, and volunteers, who are always in need of innovative ways to engage young people in their faith. The next NCCYM is scheduled for December 4-6, 2014, in San Antonio.

I hope you will consider exhibiting with us at NCYC and NCCYM.

Sincerely,
