Applications for the 2011 Catholic Youth Ministry Resource Exposition exhibit space must be completed online through this site. Full payment for booth(s) must accompany application/contract. A certificate of Liability Insurance or signed Self-Insured Agreement Form must be submitted within 30 days of acceptance notification or exhibit space will be reassigned. Promptness in applying for space is recommended as exhibit space is limited and sells out quickly. All exhibitors requesting space will be asked to provide information for a secondary contact person. NFCYM reserves the right to refuse space to any applicant who, in the opinion of NFCYM, is unlikely to contribute to the overall objectives of the conference.
NFCYM members may apply for exhibit space beginning on May 23, 2011. Nonmembers may apply for remaining space beginning on June 13, 2011. The sale of exhibit space will end when all booths are sold or on September 30, 2011, whichever comes first.
It is incumbent upon applicants to confirm by telephone or e-mail the receipt of application by Exhibits Manager. NFCYM is not responsible for applications that are not received due to technical or human error.
