All exhibit space must be claimed and exhibits must be set up by 11:00 am on Thursday, November 17, to give Fern Exposition & Event Services time to clear debris in advance of opening. Exhibit space not set by this time will be considered vacant and space will be masked or assigned to other exhibitors.  No children under the age of 16 are permitted on the show floor during installation.

Exhibitors may enter the halls 30 minutes prior to opening and stay no more than 30 minutes following closing. If additional time is needed, exhibitors must consult in advance with exhibits manager.
Removal

Exhibits may not be removed until after the official exposition closing on Saturday at 6:00 pm No children under the age of 16 are permitted on the show floor during dismantling.

A Note about Show Hours

In 2011, NFCYM is partnering with the National Catholic Young Adult Ministry Association and the National Catholic Student Coalition to sponsor the first ever National Catholic Collegiate Conference for post-high school through college age young people. The event will take place simultaneously with the 2011 NCYC. NCCC participants will attend the opening session and closing liturgy of NCYC in Lucas Oil Stadium, but will otherwise meet separately at the JW Marriott Hotel.

NFCYM recognizes that NCYC exhibitors want the opportunity to interact with NCCC participants, but are not likely able to purchase and staff exhibit space in two locations in the same city. Therefore, on Friday and Saturday mornings from 9:30 am to 11:00 am, NCCC participants will have exclusive access to Victory Park in order to visit with exhibitors and take part in a limited number of interactive park activities. At 11:00 am on both mornings, NCCC participants will exit the park in order to prepare for the opening of the space to NCYC youth attendees and their chaperones at 11:30 am.
